At Whistling Ridge Farm, we can improve your riding or your horse's performance across any discipline. We offer natural horsemanship, eventing, dressage, jumping, Western, and pleasure riding instruction. Our facilities include stadium jumps and many natural obstacles. There are also several cross-country schooling courses within short driving distances from Whistling Ridge. We often take short day trips to other farms for this purpose, and boarders are welcome to come along! Depending on the season, we also attend local and out-of-state competitions regularly. Trailering to events and shows is available asthe schedule allows.

WRF specializes in re-training problem horses (i.e., Thoroughbreds off the track). Let us do the hard work for you! Or, maybe you just want to come out with us on our weekly trail rides, but you aren't quite secure in the saddle. Whatever the problem, we have a solution for you and your horse.

Additionally, clinics and lessons are available from other guest instructors. As a boarder, you are also welcome to invite your own coach/trainer for instruction as desired. At this time, we do not have lesson horses so we can only offer training to individuals with their own horses.

Does your horse need training? We can help. There are discounted rates available for horses on a full board and training schedule. If your horse has a specific problem, or just needs a tune-up, we can help. We accept horses of all ages at all levels of experience, from unstarted to actively competing. Western or English.
