Expect the best at Whistling Ridge Farm.

Nestled snugly in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Albemarle County, Virginia, Whistling Ridge Farm affords the compassionate horseperson the peace of mind that his horses are safe and sound.

Our farm rests on 55 acres of gently rolling, green hills and is bordered by large neighboring farms as well. It is a tranquil location, just 15-20 minutes to the West of Charlottesville, VA (home of Thomas Jefferson's university, the University of Virginia).

Each of our pastures has automated water. In addition, the horses are periodically rotated from each pasture in an effort to preserve the grazing value in each area. Our paddocks are surrounded by solid, three-board fencing.

There are two barns on our property. The main barn consists of 18 stalls, wash rack, tack room, heated office (with FULL bath and kitchenette), and indoor arena. The second barn is located at a distance from the main barn, and is available for lease.  The second barn has 7 available stalls and a tack room.
